This lovely girl made her grand entrance into
the world like all foals wish they could - into
a soft, thick bed of grass on a sunny, warm
afternoon. Her bright white markings and
inky black, still wet dark spots were
beautiful against the contrast of the green
grass. My husband and son,Clint, witnessed her birth, which was
perfectly uneventful and beautiful, just as God intended.
When she finally got her long legs unwound and stood the beauty
of her conformation was immediately apparent. Justice is known
for producing exceptionally correct and beautiful offspring and he
and Mouse have certainly clicked well genetically to create some
of the best minded, affectionate, and easily trained foals. Her
older siblings Cowboy Justice, I'm Just Divine, and Dodge City
Justice were all a joy to handle and train.
We love her natural four beat gait and know that with her vibrant
spot pattern and vivid coloration she will certainly be the talk of
the trails someday. She is high headed, deep chested, short
backed, and has a simply gorgeous head. Looking past the obvious, her good mind, curious and
quiet nature, and willingness to please will definitely charm you.
A very classy filly, we feel she's the whole package. Her early training to lead, stand tied, give
her feet to be handled, take baths, load in the trailer, and be clipped will all serve her well in the
future and create a strong educational base from which both she and her new owner will
benefit. Poet will exceed expectations as a trail horse and would also do very well in versatility
or halter classes should she be shown.
Don't forget to look at Dodge City Justice, Poet's yearling full brother, while you are visiting our
site. He is a stellar example of the quality conformation, loud color, and calm, quiet nature that
Poet has.
A deposit of $250 will reserve her now to be picked up this fall, around mid-September.
