UPDATE March 2010: Dodge has been gelded. He has grown off as
nicely as we had anticipated and is a well mannered, and gentle
colt. He has now been fully registered with the TWHBEA and all
paperwork is in order. Dodge has beautiful conformation as well
as natural gait and plenty of color. He leads ,loads, stands tied,
goes in and out of stocks, takes his bath well, and stands for use
of electric clippers on his muzzle, jaws, and eyes. Willingly gets
onto a wooden bridge, and carefully goes over logs. Has been worked lightly on a lunge line. He
is as happy kept in the pasture as in the stall. Medium in the pecking order and never a minute's
trouble. This gelding has an excellent mind. He is full of common sense and will make someone
the trail riding partner of a life time.
Please note that in the recent photos Dodge has not finished shedding his winter coat. His
summer coat will be the color of dark chocolate. The lighter colored hairs on his sides are from
his fuzzy winter coat. The most recent photos were taken at age 11 months.
PRICE REDUCTION We have reluctantly reduced Dodge's price to $1400 at this time as we must
make way for newly arriving foals. We have other geldings & mares available for sale at this time
as well, and should you be interested in multiple horses, contact us for possible price breaks.
"Dodge" is a beautiful colt with very correct conformation,a beautiful head, arched neck,
straight legs, and plenty of bone. Best of all he has a very natural four beat gait at liberty. He
has a stout, muscular build. He is pretty evenly marked and has lots of potential as a very flashy
trail or versatility mount. His conformation is nice enough to make him a handsome halter
prospect as well. We anticipate a people loving, mentally sound, intelligent horse from this
cross. His dam is one of the most laid back and affectionate mares we own, and both sire and
dam are very willing and quick to learn.
Smoky black simply means he has a cream gene in addition to having a black coat color. Dodge's
full sister, Courtroom Justice, is also a smoky black and she shed off to a very dark color and

Our babies are taught to lead, trailer load, stand tied, enter and stand quietly in stocks, are
comfortable stalled or kept outdoors, pick up their feet, stand quietly for baths, exposed to
electric clippers, and taken on walks alongside roads with cars. They are exposed to dogs, cats,
and free roaming & caged fowl. We use natural horsemanship techniques to instill respect and
confidence with their human handlers.
Dodge is the fourth foal we have raised from this cross. We have not been disappointed yet. If
