This is a small, fine boned standard jenny with a gentle and
inquisitive nature. She has an absolutely beautiful face and nice
ear set.
Clara came to us with health issues - quite thin and malnourished.
We have worked hard to provide her appropriate nutrition,
particularly in light of her pregnancy. She is due to foal in 2009.
She is bred to a spotted jack.
She has come a long with her body condition and although we
aren't anywhere near top condition, Clara continues to look better as the days go by. She is now
current on worming and delivery of her foal doesn't look to be too far away at this point (July,
2009).
We are happy to have gotten her and are enjoying seeing this sweet girl come back to a healthy
state. Clara will be offered for sale after she has delivered her foal and has gained enough
weight to be in a good, stable state of health. She will sell with a negative coggins and current
on worming and EWT vaccination.
